Questions coaches ask

I coach more than one team. Is there a discount?

Yes. Coach two teams and both are 15% off; coach three or more and every team is 25% off — whether they're Team Sites, Coaches Corner, or a mix. It applies whenever your teams' seasons overlap, and it stacks with the founding-coach price.

How long is a season?

Rec teams: one season of play — fall, winter, spring or summer. Select and tournament teams: spring rolls into summer, so spring through summer is one season, and fall is its own. When a season ends, start the next on the same site in one click; your logo, colors, look and returning players carry over.

When do I pay?

Building and previewing is free. You pay when you're ready to put the site live for your families.

What happens to the site after the season?

When the season's over, it stays open for 30 days so families can save photos. For the next 60 days only families who joined can see it, and parent contacts and attendance are deleted. Then the site is deleted. You can download a season keepsake: a printable season book and all your photos. Same team next season? Start it on the same site, and this season moves into your team history.

What does "your own address" mean?

Your site lives at its own short web address with your team's name in it — easy to text or put on a flyer.

Can my assistant coaches or a team parent help?

Yes. Assistant coaches get a coach code that lets them mark attendance, add player of the game and manage photos right on the site.

Do I still need GameChanger?

Keep using it for scoring and live stats. Your site is the home for everything else, and it can bring your GameChanger schedule and stats in.

How do you protect the kids?

The public page shows first names and last initials only — never a last name, school, parent, stat or who's coming. Photos, contacts, stats and attendance are for families who joined with your team code. Photos of kids are never on a public link.
