Privacy policy
Last updated October 15, 2026
is made by ("we"). Coaches use it to build a website for their youth softball or baseball team, and families and fans use those sites. This policy explains what information is collected, who can see it, the services we rely on, and when it's deleted.
The short version
- We don't sell or rent anyone's information, we don't show ads, and we don't use tracking or advertising cookies.
- The public part of a team site shows players' first names and last initials only. Everything else about the players is for families who joined with the team's code.
- Children don't sign up. Coaches and parents provide the information about their players.
- Each season's site is deleted 90 days after the season ends, and parent contacts and attendance go after 30 days.
What we collect
From coaches
- Your email address, to sign you in with a link (no password).
- What you put on your team's site: the team name, logos, colors, schedule, roster, stats, photos, player bios, player of the game, team jobs, parent contacts and the team chat link.
- If you use Coaches Corner: lineups, playing time, practice plans, your season plan, and team finances (dues, who has paid, expenses and receipts). Only your team's coaches can see these.
From families and fans
- The name you type when you join a team (for example "Chloe's mom"), and which player you're with.
- Whether your player is coming to each practice or game, and photos you add to the team's photos.
- You don't need an email address or a password to join. Your phone or browser keeps you signed in to the team.
About players
Coaches add each player's first and last name and number. Coaches may also add parent contacts, stats, attendance, photos and a short bio. Children don't create accounts and we don't ask them for anything.
Automatically
Our hosting and database providers keep standard technical logs (such as IP addresses and the time of a request) to run and protect the service. We count failed join-code attempts to stop people guessing codes. We don't use analytics trackers.
Children's privacy
Team sites are about kids, but they're run by adults. Coaches add players' information for their own team, the way a team roster or a team email list works, and should add only what their families are comfortable sharing with the team. We use that information only to run the team's site, never for advertising and never to build profiles.
Kids are protected by how sites are built:
- Public pages show first names and last initials only, never a last name, school, parent, stat, photo of a child, or who's coming. Every save is checked, and last names, email addresses and phone numbers are refused on the public part.
- Team pages are hidden from search engines.
- Photos of kids are only in the team's photos, which only families with the code can open. When a photo is uploaded it's re-saved, which removes any location data the camera stored in it.
- Last names, contacts, stats and attendance are only for families with the team code.
Parents: you can ask us at any time to show you, correct or delete what's stored about your child. Email and we'll handle it promptly. Your coach can also edit or remove it.
Who can see what
- Anyone with the link: the team name, logos and artwork, colors, the schedule, and players' first names with a last initial.
- Families with the team code: player cards and photos, last names, attendance, stats, player of the game, parent contacts and the team chat link.
- Fans with a fan code (for example grandparents): player cards, photos, stats and player of the game, but not last names, parent contacts, attendance or the team chat link.
- The team's coaches: everything on their team's site, plus their Coaches Corner tools.
- Us: we can access team information only to run the service, fix problems, respond to a report, or when the law requires it.
Services we use
We use a small number of companies to run the service. They handle information for us under their own privacy and security commitments, not for their own purposes.
- Supabase: our database, sign-in and photo storage.
- Netlify: hosts the website.
- Google Fonts: our fonts load from Google, which sees your IP address when they load.
- OpenAI: the logo maker. It receives the team name, colors and the coach's description of the logo, never player information.
- Anthropic: reads a league rule book or a team branding sheet when a coach uploads one. It receives only that document or image.
- YouTube: drill videos open on YouTube only when you tap a video link.
- Payments (when paid seasons start): card details go straight to our payment processor. We never see or store your card number.
Cookies and browser storage
We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser stores your sign-in so you stay in your team, plus a few display settings (such as the quote you pinned). Signing out of a team removes it.
How long we keep it
- During the season: the site stays as the coach set it up.
- 30 days after the season ends: parent contacts, team jobs, attendance and the team chat link are deleted. Only families who joined can still see the site.
- 90 days after the season ends: the site is deleted, with its photos and logos, unless the coach started the next season on the same site. The team history it keeps holds the season name, record and tournament finishes, with no player names.
- Coach accounts stay until you ask us to delete them.
- Backups kept by our providers expire on their regular schedule.
Keeping it safe
Access rules in the database decide who can read each piece of information, so a page can't show more than the viewer is allowed to see. Join codes are limited to a few tries, coaches can change them at any time, and connections are encrypted. No system is perfect; if something goes wrong that affects your information, we'll tell you.
Your choices
- Coaches can edit or remove anything on their site, take it down, or ask us to delete their account.
- Families can sign out of a team on the site at any time, and ask the coach or us to remove their information.
- Anyone can email to ask what we have about them or to have it deleted.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use information already collected, we'll tell coaches first. Questions: .
