is made by ("we"). It lets youth sports coaches build a website for their team. These terms cover coaches who build sites and the families and fans who use them. By building or using a team site, you agree to them.

Coaches are responsible for what they upload

Coaches choose and upload everything on their team's site: team names, logos, artwork, header pictures, colors, words, rosters, schedules, stats and photos. We don't supply team logos and we don't review uploads before they go up.

When you upload a logo, artwork or picture, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it. Pro, college and brand logos (MLB, NCAA, Nike and the like) belong to their owners — if you don't have permission, use your team name in one of our fonts or the lettered badge we make for you instead.

What's public and what's private

• Public (anyone with the link): the team name, logos and artwork, colors, the schedule, and players' first names with a last initial. Team pages are hidden from search engines.
• Families and fans with a code: player cards and photos, attendance, stats, player of the game and contact details, depending on the code.
• Logos, artwork and header pictures are public, so never upload a photo of a child as a logo, header picture or brand board. Photos of kids belong in the team's photos section, which only families with a code can see.
• Every save is checked: last names, email addresses and phone numbers are refused on the public part of a site.

Not allowed

• Material you don't have the right to use, including someone else's logo or artwork without permission.
• Anything that identifies a child publicly beyond a first name and last initial, or links a child to a specific adult in public.
• Harassment, hateful or adult content, or anything unlawful.
• Sharing join codes publicly, or trying to get into a team you aren't part of.

Reporting a problem or a rights complaint

If something on a team site uses your logo, artwork or trademark without permission, or shouldn't be there for any other reason, email with:

• the team page address (for example …/teamname),
• what the material is and where it appears,
• who you are and why you're entitled to ask (for example, you own the mark or represent the owner).

We review reports promptly and remove material that infringes someone's rights or breaks these terms, and we let the coach know. Coaches who repeatedly upload material they don't have the right to use lose access.

When the season ends

A team site lasts one season. The season ends on the coach's chosen last day, or two weeks after the team's last scheduled game or practice.

• 30 days of wrap-up: the site stays fully open so families can save photos. The coach can download a season keepsake.
• 60 days of archive: parent contacts, team jobs, attendance and team-chat links are deleted. Only families who joined can see the roster, photos and stats.
• Then the site is deleted, with its photos and logos, unless the coach has started the next season on the same site.

When a team starts its next season on the same site, the past season's name, record and tournament finishes stay in the site's team history. No player names are kept there.

Removing your information

Coaches can edit or remove anything on their site at any time, take the site down, or start a new season. Families can sign out of a team from the site at any time. To have a team or your information deleted, email us.

Payment

While the product is in preview, building and publishing are free. When paid seasons start, the price is shown before you pay and covers one team for one season: for rec teams, one season of play (fall, winter, spring or summer); for select and tournament teams, spring through summer is one season and fall is another. Coaches who first buy Coaches Corner (for any team) by March 30, 2027 get the founding price ($149 per season instead of $199) on their coach account for life: it applies to every team they coach, every season after, even when it's a new team. It ends only if the account has no active team for 24 months in a row. The founding price covers Coaches Corner; Team Site pricing may change. A coach with two teams in the same season gets 15% off both; with three or more, 25% off every team. This combines with the founding price.

No warranty

We work hard to keep sites up and private, but the service is provided as is. Always check game times and locations with your coach or league. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us for the season.
